Cute breakfast place with friendly service. We ordered beignets for the table, which were more like cake donuts with a beignet-style crust. They were definitely a lot more dense than other beignets I've had. I had the Salmon Benny. It was an interesting twist on a bagel with lox and an eggs benedict. I enjoyed being able to have the bagel, lox, and poached egg all in one. The potatoes on the side were good too. A couple people ordered the sweet potato pancakes (which I sampled). I've had better. Also, they were heavily drenched with syrup, so I'd suggest asking for it on the side.

Awesome place for breakfast! The chorizo and egg dish was incredible. Everything from the food, to portion size, to price, to service, to environment-all was top rate. I rarely give 5-stars, because there are too many variables, but this deserves 5! Stop in for brunch or breakfast if you're in the 30A.

I don't understand how this place has such great reviews. Came in for breakfast and was very disappointed in the meal. The food was bland, very generic, and nothing seemed freshly made. The salsa came from a jar, and the guacamole was from a tube. Everything was very overpriced and did not live up to the hype that many reviewers gave.

Great place to eat. They had a solid selection of menu items. Eggs Benedict were amazing. Grits with fresh blackberries were cooked perfect and tasted perfect. I could eat there everyday but 4stars because my kids couldn't find anything they liked. It's a high tourist area need to cater to everyone but my wife a I thought it was the best breakfast we had that vacation.

I love this place! Always eat here when we stay in the area. Though we have one now in Georgia this one is still one of the best ones. Portions are soo big I always get a to go box. Eggs Benedict over crab cakes is the best! Hubby ordered it but I wanted his plate.

Fabulous! Went twice on vacation cause the other place I picked was closed on our last day, and I liked it so much on the first go round thought we'd go back and try something else. Loved the banana foster pancakes... and the cinnamon roll French toast with fruits and whipped cream topping was to die for! He had sweet potato pancakes. Lots of cinnamon in the sweet potato pancakes so beware of that ... But lots of syrupy goodness and loaded with pecans on top.

You just can't go wrong with Another Broken Egg Café! Over the past several years, have had just about every thing on the menu at one time or another, and it was all delicious! I especially like this location because it's close enough to my home that I can ride my bike there. The wait staff always does an excellent job at this location.

ABEC is a decent chain place for breakfast. Agree with the "relatively pedestrian" comment about the menu in another review. I had scrambled eggs and sausage and my wife had eggs benedict. It was all decent but not great with the biggest downer being the eggs benedict being cooked a bit too long so you didn't get that wonderful oozing yolk that makes the dish so good. The scrambled eggs were good and the sausage was very good. My overall comment is around breakfast choices in and around Seaside. There could be more and there could be better...

Spinach omelette and the quiches are outstanding I advise against the seafood omelette

I couldn't find this restaurant. I think it's closed down. I think an interior design store is there now... :( I even called and no answer.

Very tasty breakfast, and plenty of it for one plate. Split something with a friend, or be ready for leftovers if you're into that. I tried 5 different plates and enjoyed them all very much. Kind of high prices for breakfast, but it is a nice place with a lot of good food.

Food selection is unique. Blueberry quinoa and granola bowl was delicious. Corned beef hash tasted homemade. Coffee was Best I have had on this trip. You will Love the coffee cups, but they have a steep $18.99 price tag.

I was really disappointed with this restaurant. A friend took us here for breakfast and I just wasn't impressed at all. The cheese grits were terrible, my sweet potato pancake was mushy and spicy and the beignets were heavy. Not sure what all the hype is about.

Went here on Father's Day with my family and it was GOOD! We split the Biscuits and Gravy and the Cinnamon Roll French Toast....all of it was very good!

Everyone enjoyed their breakfast and the price was reasonable. My huevos rancheros were a little different than I'm used to, but very good. Worth checking out. We had a short wait for our table of 8, but there are several stores nearby that help kill the time.

A hungover Sunday morning calls for exactly what Another Broken Egg is dishing up. The wait to get in is a double edged sword... You know it's worth the wait, but man those shakes need to go. As that last ill-advised Fireball shot courses through your bloodstream, the first whiff of fresh coffee and sweet nourishing carbs reminds you it will all be ok soon... My wife ordered the Lakeshore Scramble which was loaded up with ham, bacon, onions, mushrooms, and topped with melted cheesy goodness. Perfect country potatoes and English muffin rounded out the dish. I opted for the Salmon Benedict. You may think to yourself salmon is a questionable choice when nursing a hangover - but sometimes a gamble pays off. Toasted bagel, perfectly poached eggs, a healthy portion of delicious salmon, onions, tomatoes, capers, and a little slice of love. I think we're gonna make it through our day, with a little help from our from at the Another Broken Egg Cafe...

We arrived here at 7 a.m. only to find it didn't open until 7:30. We walked next door to a coffee shop and purchased coffee and waited. The people were friendly and we were promptly greeted and offered a nice table near the window. The menu looked interesting and I ordered the Salmon Benny while my spouse ordered the country potato special. My Salmon Benny was quite large and the Salmon was good. It was served on your typical grocery store bagel that was toasted, had two poached eggs on top. There was no hollandaise sauce. Granted, after going back and looking at the menu, it didn't say there was gong to be hollandaise sauce, I thought the "creation" was kind of dry. My spouse's country potato special was supposed to come with three different vegatables mixed in; however, when it arrived, green bell pepper was substituted for jalopenos. We also ordered a side of biscuits and gravy. Which, would have been good if they were served hot instead of cold. Quality control is clearly an issue here. Also, the tablecloth was sticky with syrup from the night before since we were the first people to sit at the table that day. The service was friendly and prompt. I've had better for breakfast, but, maybe not in this area.

Great spicy Bloody Mary to accompany an "egg-cellent" breakfast. Good, efficient, attentive service.

This place was wonderful! Friendly sera nod great food. We had a cinnamon roll to start. My husband had a boring two egg breakfast, but whatever floats his boat I guess. I had an omelet. I forgot the name but the why meal was delish.

No wait to get a table. Had the 2 pancakes banana fosters along with sausage and eggs. Pancakes were amazing! Sausage seemed made on premise - very tasty! Service was friendly and prompt!

Sooo good! I got the Popeye omelet, black berry grits and a pancake (my mom and I shared so we could try more!) my son got the French toast and hubby got the eggs Benedict. My dad tried the sweet potato pancake, it was pretty sweet but very yummy. For sure one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. We look forward to stopping again on our next trip to SOWAL.

Great food. Not so great service. This is not our 1st time here. We visit throughout the year. The hostess works harder than the waitress that we had. This is based in the last 3 visits.

First time in this part of Florida and used Yelp to suggest a place to eat. The Floridian was fantastic! With not a lot of options to choose from in Grayton Beach, we were a little apprehensive. After looking at the reviews, we decided to go. We were not disappointed! We had to wait 20 minutes to be seated, but the food was well worth the wait.

I had a great meal there, I would say meals. I ordered Belgium Waffle, which was good and then decided to get quesadilla. The portion of quesadilla was enormous and it was very delicious. The menu is very good - makes it hard to decide. They had 6 or even more options for Benedicts, I wish I was in the mood for it that day:) I enjoyed myself there a lot. The stuff was friendly, which always makes the experience more pleasant. Neat location, quite close to the beach. I would strongly recommend it for breakfast/brunch

Overrated for sure. Service is way slow, and after waiting over an hour food was average at best. I mean you could come here if you have a few hours to spare. Only like 14 tables in the entire place and the wait for our food was like an eternity. Stay home, make some eggs and pop a bottle of bubbly to create your own Mimosa experience. Giving two stars because people seem to enjoy this place. Living in Atlanta I pass by several daily, however I know now why I haven't stopped.

Another great lunch. My wife's salad had a bit too much dressing. My lobster omelet was very good. Server was attentive and on the spot. Lots of parking available. Will return.

Really good food. The blueberries are frozen, so don't bother adding them. Eggs and inlets are excellent.

CLOSED ON MONDAYS. They need to update their Yelp page. Super bummed as I really wanted biscuits and gravy. Hours are in fact 7:30A-2p, as well.

Have had breakfast here 2 day on a row. Does not disappoint! Lakeshore scramble and supreme omelet. We had trouble finishing. So much food!

The food was amazing! I got their Floridian which was an omelet with cream cheese, peppers, and topped with more cheese and crab which was served with some yummy potatoes. The service was okay, but they were extremely busy, so I guess when you take that into consideration then it was understandable. My only real complaint would have been the fact that I got what felt like the smallest table in the restaurant and it was myself and 2 kids. I had a hard time keeping my one year old from dipping his hands in hot coffee or pulling plates of food off the table. I made it work but it was not the relaxing breakfast I had desired on vacation at 7 in the morning on a rainy day.

Super solid breakfast place. Wonderful menu and service. I had the Southwest scramble and also tried the blueberry grits (delicious)! Our server even brought an extra cinnamon bun (not that we needed it!) which was super tasty. My only complaint was the chorizo/scramble could have been a bit spicier. But would definitely return for breakfast or brunch!

Ordered the southwestern scramble that had chorizo, scrambled eggs, and cheese with tortillas and potatoes. Hands down one of the best breakfasts that I have ever had. My mom also got the bananas foster pancakes that were incredible. The service and atmosphere really made this place worth returning to before we leave the beach.

This place is so cute! Ordered the cinnamon roll app and the granola platter. Yum!!! The cinnamon roll was homemade, warm and soft when served. The granola was soooo good! Can't beat a banana encrusted in toasted coconut! And had to have a mug to take home. And greatly appreciated the offer for a to-go cup of coffee, wonderful service!

Great food, big portions and a great wait staff of a Moldovan extended family. I will return on my next visit to Grayton Beach.

Hands down the best place for breakfast on the area. We have come here each time for the past several years and it has always been great! I have tried a different item each time and I have loved them all.

This is a chain restaurant that I have found all over the south. We have one here in Texas and this one isn't any exception. Its a great joint to get breakfast in the AM. You cant go wrong with MOST items on their menu. I recommend not getting the shrimp and grits there as its not what I am accustomed to in Louisiana. However, the wife had a big breakfast that I tasted also, and it was fantastic and done to order. Staff was extremely friendly. I give it three stars for horrible parking spaces and not that great shrimp and grits.... Otherwise, its still a good place to get good breakfast.

Given the dearth of better than mediocre eateries on 30A, our expectations should have been lower. So should be ABE's average yelp rating. The breakfast menu is busy and relatively pedestrian - egg dishes with assorted meat, veg, and cheese mixtures alongside pancakes and French toasts. English muffins in place of the traditional toast. It's coastal Cracker Barrel in a high rent district. Put this place in any other strip mall and it ceases to be more than a regular breakfast joint. The wait staff were friendly and quick, especially with our kid order of pancakes. Bless them for that. Tables were hard to come by within 30 minutes of opening, so there's clearly demand for even these breakfast offerings. Good luck to them, but we'll likely turn elsewhere for tomorrow's breakfast.

Fantastic, fantastic breakfast. Always crowded, so be prepared to wait. Otherwise, everything here is good. Service here can be a little slow, but they're friendly and it's a good place to grab breakfast. Definitely recommend Another Broken Egg Cafe.

Always tasty...always fresh....always stop here when in Destin area. Have always had breakfast there and went for lunch today. Just as incredible....Turkey 185 was delish. Club sandwich was VERY filling. Will be back...again and again and again

This place was great, reminds me of a slightly more upscale version of First Watch. My wife and I read reviews and ordered an eggs benedict each (Veggie and Blackstone for me), the blackberry grits and the banana foster french toast. I am not a huge grits person, and unsurprisingly I just thought the grits were OK but my wife did love them. She also loved her eggs benedict, but I though my bacon could have been more crispy. I'm not a huge fan of a cooked tomato either as it gets soggy and I like the flavor of a fresh tomato much more. It was still good, but there was some opportunity missed to make it a bit more crisp and less soggy overall. I prefer the bacon benedict from First Watch. OK so on to the best part, the banana foster french toast was amazing! They give you a huge portion and the syrup is great. Easily the best french toast I've ever had. I ordered it again the next day for take out before we left town. Definitely give that dish a try!

By far the best Another Broken Egg around! They were so much friendlier than the others by far and the food was phenomenal. We came in sweaty from exercising that morning as soon as the doors opened and it was such a treat. The service was amazing and I will certainly be back. I may even drive out to 30A just to go to this one again even though I live around the corner from the one in Destin!

WOW I never realized a place could match the quality and service as the Donut Hole. This Café is worth the trip....although if you have kids it will be a bit more pricey than the donut hole - but for me it was money spent well on some of the best breakfast food on 30a. I recommend you try it :)

Very hearty, southern breakfast place. Warm yellow paint and cozy atmosphere. A great choice for the area. And mimosas were delicious!! Only complaint was our friend was charged full alcohol price for a virgin bloody Mary.....

Excellent food and excellent service. At our table, we had two omlets, roasted turkey club, oatmeal and kids' pancakes all were excellent. Highly recommend and plan on going back tomorrow. Went to the Donut Hole yesterday and this was much better.

Relaxed and pleasant atmosphere/decor. Extensive, interesting breakfast menu and smaller lunch menu. Food is excellent and well presented. Large servings. Service friendly and efficient. Open 7:30 AM to 2 PM; closed Mondays. Steady stream of customers. Our all time favorite breakfast place. 1/2 mile from Grayton Beach State Park.
